Overview:

Strategic Planning & Execution program is designed to help everybody working in an organisation (right from junior staff, bottom line employees, newly promoted mangers, owners ) to think strategically by developing a sense of awareness that will help them to play a role in positively impacting operations and yielding tangible returns to the bottom line.

 

Today Organisations do suffer from Sub optimal performance. Suboptimal performance can lead to increased costs in the long run. There may be many reasons for the suboptimal performance and not necessarily lack of functional skills.

Lack of Strategic Planning & Execution skills has been the root cause of poor performance ( may be sometimes totally invisible to the line managers and will directly impact the performance of the organization )

The good news is that people have within them all the resources they need to turn around and succeed.

This Program on Strategic Planning & Execution will help people to awaken the inner potential and jumpstart the changes to succeed, and become more confident to achieve outcomes comfortably.

Facilitator Profile: 

 

Mr L. Raghavan Iyeris a Management graduate from BITS Pilani. (Certified by IFC for Corporate Governance, Certified as CSAP by Accountability.UK, Certified by NBA-FICCI for ISO-9001 audit; Certified by BSI for ISO-18001 audit, and Certified by SAN for Social Accounting.

 

He has worked in the SME sector for two decades across industries (such as Consumer Durables, Packaging, Light Engineering, Plastic) in Northern India in leadership positions for 22 years. Further, he has been a Professor in Management schools for 22 years, his core areas are Strategic Management, Corporate Governance, Leadership and Negotiation, Supply Chain Management and Business Laws.

 

He has helped various Small and medium sized companies in their day to day working and has conducted training and workshops for companies in Northern India in areas of Leadership & Negotiation, Service Management, Customer Experience, Green Environment and Entrepreneurship with positive results and feedback from employees.
